- Kindly allow between 5 - 10 working days for your order, on readily available stock, to be processed after you have received your order confirmation via email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Please allow approximately 5 - 7 days for shipping, unless otherwise stated.

- Please note that potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders.

- Free shipping for orders over R800.00 and R100.00 per order under R800.00.

- Deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 17:00, excluding weekends and public holidays.

- All of our products may be custom-made and if not in stock, may take up to six (6) weeks for delivery. Kindly email info@markofmyhand.com for any custom orders.

- International shipments: please email info@markofmyhand.com with your product list and we will forward a quotation. This policy is subject to change at our discretion.

- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on our art or scatter cushion covers, or on items that were on sale/ discounted/ gift cards.

- Returns are accepted when products are received in a damaged state, upon opening, and then you are to contact us within 24 hours, at info@markofmyhand.com. Kindly attach photograph(s) of the damage and include your request for an exchange or a refund.

- You will be notified, once the damaged product(s) are received and inspected, and informed of your exchange or refund.
